3. When an engagement begins
Sending us a brief does not create a client relationship. An engagement starts only when both sides sign a written proposal or engagement letter setting out the scope, fees and timeline. That document governs the work.
4. Introductions to experts and suppliers
- We check suppliers and experts against the standards described on this site before we introduce them. An introduction is not a guarantee of their work.
- Any contract you make with a supplier or service provider is between you and them. Please carry out your own due diligence and follow your own procurement rules.
- If a supplier or service provider pays us for an introduction, we will tell you before you decide.
- Supplier and expert details are shared only through our matching. Please do not pass them on without the person's permission.
5. Applications to join our networks
We decide whether to accept supplier and expert applications. We may ask for documents, decline an application, or remove a listing if the standards are no longer met.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and materials on this site belong to Vantage Link Africa Limited or are used with permission. You may share our insights with a link and credit. You may not copy the site or our materials for commercial use without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send false information, to impersonate anyone, or to send unlawful, harmful or unsolicited material.
8. Liability
